Fairmount Homes, Inc. in Ephrata, PA is seeking a Personal Care Resident Assistant (Level 1) for PRN shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities, follow the Resident Assessment and Support Plan, and help maintain safety and dignity.

This role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and integrity in a faith-based, mission-driven community. You will assist in dining, transfers, and routine care while upholding infection control and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Must meet physical requirements including frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with transfers.
• Experience in resident care or healthcare settings is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide resident care aligned with each Resident Assessment and Support Plan (RASP) under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living: eating, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, mobility.
• Help residents with light tidying, laundry, stockings, and telephone use.
• Support activities programming and assist in dining room with serving, meals, and meal-choice support.
• Order and charge supplies using the electronic system and maintain records.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report to Charge Nurse; document vitals and intake/output.
• Uphold infection control, safety, sanitation, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; participate in required meetings.
