Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff.
• Dementia care training may be provided for relevant roles.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in resident care as directed by supervisor and report changes to leadership.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs; follow care plans.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, nails, oral hygiene) and daily activities.
• Prepare residents for meals, help with eating and monitor nourishment.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and safe positioning; maintain clean and orderly units.
