The Wyndmoor of Marion in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistant to join our team. Under supervision of licensed nurses, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff, helping to create a warm, welcoming home.

No certifications are required; on-the-job training is provided. A high school diploma is preferred, and you should be able to lift and move residents, work well with families and coworkers, and contribute

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with mealtime and feeding, as needed
• Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and well-being
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
