Job summary

Brethren Care Village in Ashland, OH is seeking a Resident Care Assistant for Assisted Living. No certification is required; training will be provided. Full-time or part-time roles available across day, evening, and night shifts.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, help with laundry, monitor health, support activity programs, and respond to emergencies. Onsite presence is required in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Laundry services: bed/bath linen and personal laundry.
• Health maintenance/monitoring: observe and report changes.
• Assist with activity programs and resident engagement.
• Emergency preparedness: respond to drills and incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
