The Wyndmoor of Marion is seeking a compassionate CNA to care for seniors in our assisted living setting. This role emphasizes building trust with residents and families while delivering daily care with initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, assisting with daily activities, and communicating changes to the supervising nurse. Prior experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
