Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, safety, and mobility at The Westmore in Fort Worth, TX. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and compassionate care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, noting changes in condition, aiding in dining, and supporting housekeeping and transportation as needed. CNA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff.
• Comfort with assisting residents with daily living, safety and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Help with housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents; assist in dining and service.
