Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide routine personal care, recreational activities, housekeeping, and meal service to residents in our Ohio community. You will work closely with the Charge Nurse to support daily living and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English literacy, and prior experience in long-term care is preferred. You should be able to stand, walk, and assist with transfers up to 8 hours daily, and

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care and customer management including daily plan of care and personal care needs.
• Executes daily activities and assists residents with meals.
• Monitors residents' condition and reports changes to Charge Nurse.
• Maintains records, follows infection control, and performs light housekeeping.
