Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine personal care and recreational programming.
• Assist with meals and housekeeping tasks.
• Give medication reminders as permitted by Ohio law.
• Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Follow infection control and safety policies at all times.
