Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing staff by caring for residents under supervision; bathe, dress, and tend to residents.
• Execute residents assessment and contribute to care plans under the nurse's direction.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures; ensure resident comfort and dignity.
• Observe and document residents' intake, output, and conditions; report changes to nursing staff.
• Perform daily tasks such as making beds, helping with activities of daily living, and assisting with meals.
