Cedarhurst Senior Living in Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct, compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, grooming, nutrition, and social engagement while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

You will document observations, communicate changes to the care team and families, maintain a safe, clean environment, and participate in team activities to support residents' health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on personal care including grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Assist with mobility, meal service, housekeeping, and activities.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition).
• Respond to signals and determine needs promptly.
• Monitor vitals and intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility and repositioning.
• Assist with dining, activities, and transportation within the community.
• Foster communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and infection-control practices.
