Job summary

The Summit of Citrus Hills is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Resident Care Assistant to provide compassionate support and daily living assistance at our Hernando, FL location. The RCA will help residents with bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal care, while ensuring safety, dignity, and individualized attention in a family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating with the Wellness Director, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents with dignity and individuality.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene.
• Record provision of services on company forms and report changes to Wellness Director or supervisor.
• Operate designated medical equipment, copy, scan, fax machines, and telephone.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and follow safety and infection control procedures.
