United Zion Retirement Community is seeking a PRN Personal Care Resident Aide to support residents with housekeeping, activities, and daily bathing needs. We value outgoing, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about caring for seniors and delivering excellent service.

Candidates must meet PA requirements, including high school diploma or nurse aide certification, background checks, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, or active nurse aide certification in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Direct Care Staff Person Training Course and Competency Test before employment.
• Meet Older Adult Protective Services Act (OAPSA) requirements and background checks as required by PA law.
• Physically able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Support housekeeping and resident activities as part of daily care.
• Assist with bathing and daily personal care for residents.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment with residents and staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in residents' living spaces.
