The Bristal in Bethpage, NY is seeking compassionate Resident Care Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on daily living support. You will assist residents with ADLs, escort them to meals and activities, and help maintain their dignity and wellbeing in a warm, respectful environment.

Qualificações

• NY-Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Experience with geriatric population and ADLs preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines.
• Patient, reliable and respectful toward the elderly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving their physical, emotional and psycho-social wellbeing.
• Assist in Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort.
