Denton Village by PureHealth is seeking a dedicated Resident Aide to join our nursing team. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and support shift objectives to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.

In this post-acute setting, you will monitor health, remind or administer medications per policy, assist with mobility, and maintain safety and cleanliness. The role requires teamwork and clear documentation, with weekend and holiday shifts possible.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• One year experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care Assistance: Help residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
• Health and Wellness Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents’ health; assist with medication reminders as directed.
• Safety and Environment Maintenance: Keep living areas clean, safe, and well-maintained; assist with basic housekeeping.
• Social and Emotional Support: Engage residents in activities to promote socialization and well-being; provide companionship.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report incidents or changes to the supervisor.
• Team Collaboration: Work with nurses and other professionals to support holistic resident care.
