Job summary

Defense Mechanics Inc is seeking dedicated individuals to provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes in Denton, Texas. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe environment, cooperating with patients and families, and reporting observations to the supervisor.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, reliable transportation, and preferably one year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant. The role requires strong English reading and writing skills and the ability to pass a criminal history check.

Qualifications

• Must pass Aide Competency Evaluation Skills Checklist.
• At least one year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Must have current driver's license and valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment for the patient.
• Share observations and problems with the supervisor.

Skills

Reading and writing in English

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
