Otterbein SeniorLife seeks caring Resident Assistants to support residents with daily living activities, working with a collaborative care team to enhance quality of life. The role offers shifts on 1st and 2nd lines and benefits aligning with a non-profit senior living provider.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, experience-based, with DailyPay access and comprehensive health and retirement benefits. Education requirement is a high school diploma, no certification required, and dementia experience

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification: No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs in a caring way.
• Supervise and cue residents during transfers as needed.
• Communicate resident needs with the team.
• Work with the nurse in charge on duties
• Respond quickly to emergency calls from residents.
• Support residents with other daily needs as required.
• Experience preferred in dementia or memory care.
