Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with transfers, mobility, and positioning.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and documenting intake.
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, and rights while delivering care.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report to supervisor.
