Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents (bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing).
• Assist with meals, mobility, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Take and record vital signs and document in the electronic health record.
• Maintain residents' rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and environment cleanliness.
