Job summary

East Park Care Community in Brookpark, OH is seeking a Hospitality Aide to provide non-clinical support to residents. You will help with daily activities, maintain a clean, comfortable environment, and show compassion in all interactions.

You'll assist with meals, linens, and incidentals, support nursing staff, and help residents stay engaged and independent. Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required; strong communication and teamwork are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation and activities.
• Assist residents with non-medical needs such as linens, making beds, and preparing rooms.
• Help with mealtime duties including serving meals and ensuring resident comfort.
• Report concerns to nursing staff and assist with transporting residents within the facility.
• Support activities department by helping residents participate in events and programs.
