Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for Bristol Park At Cleburne, 902 Walter P. Holliday Dr, Cleburne, TX. This PRN role supports residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility to preserve dignity and independence.

You will assist with dining, rounds, safety checks, and report changes in residents' status while working in a team‑oriented, quality‑driven environment that values residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and associates.

Responsibilities

• Care for personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living including wardrobe, hygiene and mobility.
• Aid in housekeeping, laundry, dining, and transportation tasks.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Escort residents to dining, assist with serving and cleanup.
• Other duties as assigned.
