Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor resident conditions and report observations to leadership.
• Encourage participation in activities and programs.
• Follow individualized care plans for high-quality, person-centered care.
• Maintain clean and safe resident apartments and common areas.
• Support meals, hydration, and light housekeeping.
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Assist with new resident orientation and welcoming procedures.
