Job summary

Great Lakes Management in Saint Anthony, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant for FT, PT and on-call roles. You'll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support in assisted living and memory care settings, helping residents maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living (preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or CNA (preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and act in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs per the service agreement.
• Help residents reach and maintain independence.
• Provide physical and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per the service agreement.
• Observe residents and report changes to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection.
• Complete daily documentation and schedules.
