Benedictine in Winona, MN is seeking a confident, detail‑oriented Resident Assistant who can work independently while delivering compassionate care and building meaningful relationships with residents. You will support daily living activities, document observations, and help onboard new associates, with required medication administration training, 18+ age and BLS certification.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Observe and document resident status.
• Assist with onboarding of new Associates.
• Complete medication administration training and maintain competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment.
