Park Vista is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to join our compassionate team. The role supports residents with daily cares, meals, and light housekeeping while documenting care per Plan of Care.

Responsabilidades

• Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares according to Plan of Care per ISP
• Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON
• Respond promptly to all emergency calls and take appropriate action
• Facilitate activities on weekends and evenings as required
• Serve meals and assist with feeding during mealtimes as required
• Assist with cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
• Fill in for open shifts as needed
• Monitor vital signs per ISP and document accordingly
• Respond to resident calls/alarms and document actions
