Job summary

Park Vista Senior Housing Management, LLC in Verona, WI is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, monitor safety, and document care per ISP Plan of Care. The role includes responding to calls, assisting with meals, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
• Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing)
• Resident Assistant should respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
• Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
• Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
• Fill in for open shifts as necessary
• Resident Assistant will perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care)
• Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
• Resident Assistant will perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.)
