Job summary

Benedictine, a nonprofit senior care organization, seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to help maintain their personal environment. You will observe, document, and assist with onboarding new Associates while building meaningful relationships with residents and team members on site.

Requirements include completing medication administration training, lift operation eligibility (18+), strong communication, and reading/writing in English.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
