Era Living is seeking an on-call Resident Assistant (CNA/NAC/HCA/NAR) to join our Lakeshore Community team in South Seattle/Renton, WA. The role focuses on providing compassionate personal care and ensuring resident independence, privacy, and dignity in licensed apartments.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medication support as required, and maintaining safety and comfort in a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• CNA/HCA/NAR/NAC certification required; RN license acceptable with proof of graduation.
• Must pass Dementia and Mental Health training within 90 days.
• Current first aid and CPR certification required; Medication Technician certification or ability to obtain within 30 days as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transferring, toileting, feeding) to residents.
• Assist residents with self-medications as required.
• Perform simple housekeeping tasks and keep areas tidy per protocol.
• Communicate effectively with residents, including those with cognitive impairment or mental health issues.
