Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• Some experience in care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from therapy as needed.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations and treatment programs as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support compassionate care, presenting a professional image of the Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
