Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient procedures, daily activities, and therapies; provides feedback to RNs and reports changes in patient status.
• Performs essential nursing assistant tasks such as blood glucose monitoring and vital signs.
• May handle wound care, EKGs, and NG tube management depending on department needs.
• Adheres to safety policies, documents patient care accurately, and supports unit projects.
