Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking a Receptionist for per diem shifts, 4pm-8pm on weekdays, 8am-2pm on weekends, and/or 4pm-8pm on weekends.

You will greet visitors, direct them, help maintain security, monitor the logbook, issue badges, and keep the reception area clean and orderly. Long‑term care experience is preferred but not required.

We offer daily pay option, health/dental/vision and PTO for full-time staff, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Long‑term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
