The Heritage is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) in Findlay, OH to perform general non-certified routine services while pursuing CNAs training. This on-site role focuses on compassionate resident care and teamwork within a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include helping with meals, housekeeping, and engaging residents through activities, with emphasis on timely call-light responses and safe assistance, while preparing for CNA certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry, trash removal, and bed changes.
• Assists with meal service and transportation to dining areas.
• Provides customer service, companionship, and resident engagement.
• Assists with personal care according to state guidelines.
• Attends a training program leading to CNA certification.
