Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services while pursuing CNA training. This role offers hands-on experience in long-term care and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry tasks including beds and trash removal.
• Supports meal service and transportation within the facility.
• Delivers compassionate customer service and resident engagement.
• Assists with personal care per state guidelines.
• Participates in a training program leading toward CNA certification.
