Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) at Cumberland Pointe Health Campus, West Lafayette, IN. The role involves general non-certified care with training opportunities to become a CNA while supporting residents and a caring team environment.

You will participate in activities, assist with personal care under supervision, and engage residents to promote well-being. This is a hands-on, part of a supportive long-term care team in Indiana.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Program to certify as Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) through training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks, including bed making and trash removal.
• Assist with meal service, transport residents, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Provide excellent customer service, check call lights, and engage residents in activities.
