Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 years of relevant experience. This on-site role offers training pathways and a supportive team environment at Genoa Retirement Village in Genoa, OH.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Willingness to train for CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks, including trash removal and bed changes.
• Assist with meal service: transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and dining experience.
• Provide friendly customer service, companionship, and engage residents; respond to call lights promptly.
