Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, support daily living skills, and collaborate with families to apply ABA strategies consistently. A high school diploma is required, with Bachelor’s preferred; driving mobility and in-person work provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents effectively.
• Experience in educational or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress via data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
