Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Cumming, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work under BCBA supervision and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with ASD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification or 40 hours certificate.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
