Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team and support clients in achieving their personal goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in home or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions that promote independence and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
