Job summary

Anchor Behavioral Solutions in Clermont, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Under BCBA supervision you will help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, collect data, and maintain session notes using Rethink software.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification from the BACB (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in clinic-based and in-school settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collect data and maintain session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and clinicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
