Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Florida to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. This role requires an active RBT certification or ongoing process to obtain it, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and a focus on meaningful impact for children and families.

You will work under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it) is required.
• Love for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
