Job summary

Anchor Behavioral Solutions in Clermont, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Under BCBA supervision you will help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, collect data, and maintain session notes using Rethink software.

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicatedRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Type: Full-Time; This is an inhome position

Hours: Approx. 35 hours per week

• Schedule:
• Tuesday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:0 pm

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct ABA therapy in an in-school and clinic-based setting

Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes using Rethink software

Support clients in skill-building and independence

Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

What We’re Looking For:
