Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will support BCBA-created treatment plans and help clients progress with data-driven sessions.

Ideal candidates are active RBTs, reliable, with strong communication and organizational skills, and access to reliable transportation to reach client locations. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to supporting the needs of clients with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
