Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a personable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You’ll implement individualized plans, collect data, and write clear session notes, while collaborating with a caring team to promote growth and skill development. Join a supportive culture with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate and professional approach.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
