Job summary

Cedar Grove ABA CO LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Behavioral Therapist to provide ABA services to clients with ASD, focusing on behavioral and social skill development. You will deliver one-on-one and small-group therapy in a supportive clinical setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, track progress, and make data-driven decisions to drive positive outcomes, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification with BACB
• Experience in behavioral therapy, preferably with ASD
• PCM training or certification preferred; training will be provided if necessary

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group behavioral therapy sessions to clients with ASD and related behaviors
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles
• Use assessment tools to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate records of progress and outcomes
• Participate in staff meetings and training to stay updated on best practices
