Responsibilities

• Provide privacy while giving personal care and maintain neighbor dignity.
• Document neighbor information accurately per regulations.
• Coordinate medical and non-medical appointments and transportation.
• Communicate neighbors’ condition and issues with physicians, families, and administration.
