Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• QMAP medication certification preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Healthcare background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orders and documents the administration of medications and medical supplies for neighbors.
• Assist neighbors with bathing, laundry, housekeeping, meals, grooming, reminders, and toileting as outlined in care plan.
• Provide privacy while giving personal care.
• Document neighbor information accurately per regulations.
• Coordinate medical appointments and transportation for neighbors.
• Communicate neighbors’ condition and needs with physicians, families, and staff as necessary.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and privacy at all times.
