Pilgrim House Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate QMAP caregiver to provide daily care and medication administration in a home-like setting. You will work closely with residents, families, and health professionals to support dignity, safety, and well-being, while following physician orders and QMAP regulations.

The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, meal support, social engagement, and careful documentation of care and medications.

Competenze

• QMAP certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in assisted living or home care is preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer medications per physician orders and QMAP regulations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Prepare and serve meals with dietary considerations.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Document care and medication administration accurately.
