Marycrest Assisted Living-Serenity Residence is seeking dedicated QMAPs to join our compassionate team. You will administer medications, document accurately, and work with nurses and CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents.

Formación

• Active QMAP certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain on hire.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications safely and accurately per orders and community protocols.
• Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
• Report medication errors or concerns promptly to leadership.
• Observe for side effects, support residents with ADLs, and provide daily care.
• Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist with training new team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support light housekeeping or meal assistance as needed.
