Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Indiana is seeking a Qualified (Certified) Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications and supporting residents with daily living tasks.

Under the supervision of licensed staff, you will follow the five rights of medication administration, complete medication charting, and help residents with daily activities, while upholding company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• State-certified QMA or CMA with active CNA certification in good standing.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration within scope of role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and dispose of medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
