Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to administer medications and assist residents with daily living activities in Lafayette, IN. You will work under the supervision of licensed nurses and follow state regulations to ensure safe, accurate medication delivery.

Qualifications

• Certified as a QMA/CMA by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by nursing leadership.
