Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide individualized resident care according to each resident’s care plan.

You will promptly report changes in health status to the clinical team, and connect with residents and their families in a respectful, uplifting manner.

This role offers ongoing learning opportunities, strict confidentiality, and the chance to contribute to a supportive community; Indiana QMA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana QMA certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per the resident's care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through educational seminars, staff meetings and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules regarding resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
